QualificationGraduate from a recognized medical school with a MBBS or its international equivalent.
- Western certificates such as American Board, Canadian, UK Membership/Fellowship or its equivalent.
ExperienceMinimum five (5) years related experience after post graduation
Job Descriptions Reports to : Chief of Medical Staff Duties and responsibilities :
Establish and maintain professional standards for quality patient care.
Perform investigations and management of patients with surgical related problems.
May interpret x-rays and other radiological diagnostic tests.
Responsible for the smooth running of the assigned clinic.
Record all data of the patients’ care in the patients’ medical record in accordance with the acceptable international standards and Hospital’s regulations.
May represent the Hospital in the Committee for General Surgery related seminars and symposia.
Actively participates in any training program or education activity related to General Surgery and organized within the Hospital for training staff and in-service training classes for the nursing staff.
Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.
